<p>One of the common problems we face is that most people only hear what they want to hear, rather than hear what is being spoken to them. Commonly, most people fail to hear the messages in between the conversation. It is found that motivation like your ability to acquire knowledge can have a major impact on your perceptions. Acquiring knowledge is based on your mental faculty or the way you process information via using intuition, reason, logic, or perceptions. </p>
<p>We often have to take a better or closer look at the way we perceive, hear, and listen to messages. It helps us to focus on the impacts of our emotions, motivation, and the individuality of our perceptions. Researchers had many issues regarding our way of receiving rehabilitated awareness. When one is deprived of his or her needs, it also affects that entity’s perception. For example, researchers in the past have conducted tests. <p>There are several different methods that you can try in order to find happiness in life that you truly deserve. It will take quite a bit of work and time on your part, but you will be able to accomplish it and as soon as you see the changes in your disposition, then you will know that the effort is worth it and that you have made a good choice in the way your life has gone. Utilizing these methods or simply just considering them is important. You will have to make things work out for you so that you enjoy your life the way you should.</p>
<p>1. As human beings, a life without happiness is really meaningless. For happiness to be truly felt, we have to set goals. Once we have established the goals we want in life, then we will know what we want and will then have to figure ways in which to achieve those goals. We will need ways to make the things we want happen for us so that we will have what we deserve. When goals are set in our lives and we move towards accomplishing them, we will have the feeling of happiness as we will have a meaning and a goal to reach for.</p>
<p>2. A second thing to be considered is that we need to live life for today. We need to ensure that we use our best intentions and that we make the days that we have worthwhile. We definitely have to also think of the future and that the choices we make are the right ones for our health and security, however we also need to have fun and enjoyment in our lives and need to ensure that we succeed in our goals.</p>
<p>3. Another thought is to think about what would make us lose our happiness. What could happen in our lifetime that would make us feel badly about who we are and not be happy anymore?  These are things that we defiantly need to stay away from. We have to make sure that we are able to keep the negative things out of our life so that we are able to make good choices without risking looking our happiness. We need to make sure that we are able to make these things work for us and to continue to stay happy.</p>
<p>4. The fourth thing we have to ensure is that we are healthy in order for us to be <a href="http://www.personalimprovementguide.com/category/self-development/" target="_blank">happy</a>. We should remain in good health and that we should make the right health choices to that we can stay happy and healthy regardless of what we do. We need to eat the right way and consider the food choices we make for our body. We should refrain from making choices that will cause us to be unhealthy and sick. We have to remove the negative things that affect us so that we stay in good mental health so that we are both physically and mentally happy at the same time.</p>
<p>5. Lastly we need to keep the good feelings in our hearts. We have to be able to keep these good feelings in our mind so that we can give back to others. We need to be pleasant and to try and be happy.  The more pleasant that we are will mean that we will be able to stay happier as well as make others happy too. We want to make other people feel good about them. We want to be able to bring joy to others and keep thinking good thoughts.  Do not let yourself get down and especially do not intentionally bring others down.</p>

Anxiety and fear are experienced by people who think that there is something wrong with them and that people will notice. They often try to hide their imperfections behind facades of accomplishments. This symptom of low self esteem can show itself in the way of a person overreacting even if he or she is not the one being criticized. Somehow, they feel that the world is always keeping a criticizing eye on them.</p>
<p><strong>4) Hyper vigilance</strong> &#8211; This symptom of low self esteem can actually be observed in &#8220;perfectionists&#8221;. Hyper vigilance is when a person with low self esteem takes extreme care not to make any mistakes. Now while people may agree that always being prepared can be a good thing, most people find that preparing for anything can be a bit paranoid.</p>
<p>Hyper vigilance may be a way of trying to prove to other people and mostly to him or her self that a person can handle anything that comes his or her way.</p>
<p><strong>5) Workaholics</strong> &#8211; Most people with low self esteem tend to gravitate towards the place where they feel most achieving. In the workplace, people know what is expected of them and how to do it. People with low self esteem suffer symptoms of avoiding the social scene by pouring their energy into work.</p>
<p><strong>6) Unreasonable expectations of the self and other people</strong> &#8211; One symptom of low self esteem is always saying the phrase &#8220;I should have&#8221; or &#8220;you should have&#8221;.
