Irene, your question is one that many people ask and want to know the answer to. The short but not simple answer is yes.

The most important thing to remember is the focus of your attention must not be on changing the other person. This is not your right or responsibility. You must focus on your preferred outcome, which is a beautiful harmonious relationship.

Even if your logical mind tells you that this must involve some change from your partner you have to separate this from your desire.

Give no attention, focus or power to negatives.

Focus only and continually on the desired outcomes, no matter how hard it may be in the minute by minute.

Loving persistence, especially love of self, is the key.

So yes all things our possible using the power of the mind, but like most things worth having it does require effort.

I went one time in my life to get hypnotized. I have no idea what happened, but thereafter I felt extremely nauseous for about 6 hours. I am not even kidding - I felt sicker than I have ever felt in my life. I will never try that again. I’m not saying it’s bad or other people shouldn’t do or try it, but for me it was a bad experience.
